If you are close to our stores in Berkeley, CA, you can pop in during
business hours (Mon - Fri, 10-6) and pick up your order for free - please reach out before you come to ensure that your order is ready for pick up!
SHIPPING COSTS FOR ORDERS UNDER $75
We ship for a flat rate of $6.00 (UPS, FedEx or USPS - carrier chosen
based on weight) anywhere in the contiguous United States - not
including Alaska, Hawaii or outlying territories.
Standard shipping rates, based on weight, will be added for other locations.
We ship from our store and warehouse in California and we will always do our best to ship your order within 2 business days. Please note that orders placed during peak holiday times will take longer, so please plan accordingly! Feel free to contact us if you would like to add expedited shipping to your order; additional shipping rates will apply.
We hope that you love everything that you receive!
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns for store credit that never expires or exchange
Because we are a small business, please note the following and we thank you for your understanding!
- Please notify us of any order problems within 8 days of order receipt by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We can help with an exchange or provide store credit (that never expires) if the item is brand new, unwashed, unworn, and in otherwise original condition with the tags still on. If an item comes back to us that is not in its new and
unused condition, we unfortunately cannot accept the item. Thanks for your understanding.
- All returns must be received by us in our warehouse in CA within 21 days of the date that you receive your order.
- Discounted items are considered final sale.
We are unable to accept returns of the following items:
- Our Bird & Bean labeled products that were sold through one of our retail partners
- Items that have been personalized
- Samples or Final Sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, have had tags removed, or otherwise cannot be resold.

We, unfortunately, are not responsible for orders sent to us without prior written authorization - thanks for your understanding!
Once you have received approval to return the item, please ship to the address provided in your return instructions. Once we receive the original item(s) and they are in resellable condition, you will receive a store credit in the amount paid, (minus the original shipping costs) or we will send out an exchange if that is your choice.
We stand by our products and if you ever receive an item that is damaged or defective in any way, we will always make it right.
