I ordered this dress online for my granddaughter in New York City and then pushed the button for my Oakland address by mistake. You were kind enough to try to change the order, but when that didn’t work, you sent a second dress NYC.
I did receive the first dress and returned it to you, and certainly appreciated the trouble you went to for what was truly my error.
The sleeveless dress arrived in New York just in time for the nasty heat wave there and was immediately put to use.
