Shipping & Returns


We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 that are going anywhere in the contiguous United States.


If you are close to our stores, you can pop in during business hours and pick up your order for free - please reach out before you come to ensure that your order is ready for pick up!


We ship for a flat rate of $6.00 (UPS, FedEx or USPS - carrier chosen based on weight) anywhere in the contiguous United States - not including Alaska, Hawaii or outlying territories.

Standard shipping rates, based on weight, will be added for other locations.


We ship from our store and warehouse in California and we will always do our best to ship your order within 2 business days. Please note that orders placed during peak holiday times will take longer, so please plan accordingly! Feel free to contact us if you would like to add expedited shipping to your order; additional shipping rates will apply.


Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns for store credit or exchange only

  • Please notify us of any order problems within 7 days of order receipt by emailing
  • We can help with an exchange or provide store credit if the item is in its brand new, unwashed, unworn, original condition with the tags still on. 
  • Store Credit is non-transferable.

Because we are a small business, please note the following: 

  • Items can be returned, new and with tags, for store credit only. We do not issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received by us within 14 days of the date that you receive your order.
  • Anything purchased with a discount is considered final sale and is not eligible for return. 
  • Returned items must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.
  • We do not issue credits or refunds on shipping charges. 

We are unable to accept returns of the following:

  • Our Bird & Bean labeled products that were sold through one of our retail partners
  • Items that have been personalized
  • Samples or Final Sale items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, have had tags removed, or otherwise cannot be resold.

To initiate an exchange or return, please follow the steps below

Please email us first at and we will authorize a return if appropriate. 

We are not responsible for orders sent to us without prior written authorization

Once you have received approval to return the item, please ship to the address provided in your return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs on your return.

We recommend you use tracking or delivery confirmation on your return just to be safe. Once we receive the original item(s) and they are in resellable condition, you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs). 

Gift orders are eligible for store credit in the amount that the gift giver paid for the item and the same rules above apply. This store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future orders online.
