If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns for store credit or exchange only
- Please notify us of any order problems within 7 days of order receipt by emailing hello@birdandbeanshop.com.
- We can help with an exchange or provide store credit if the item is in its brand new, unwashed, unworn, original condition with the tags still on.
- Store Credit is non-transferable.
Because we are a small business, please note the following:
- Items can be returned, new and with tags, for store credit only. We do not issue refunds.
- All returns must be received by us within 14 days of the date that you receive your order.
- Anything purchased with a discount is considered final sale and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.
- We do not issue credits or refunds on shipping charges.
We are unable to accept returns of the following:
- Our Bird & Bean labeled products that were sold through one of our retail partners
- Items that have been personalized
- Samples or Final Sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, have had tags removed, or otherwise cannot be resold.
To initiate an exchange or return, please follow the steps below

We are not responsible for orders sent to us without prior written authorization
Once you have received approval to return the item, please ship to the address provided in your return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs on your return.
We recommend you use tracking or delivery confirmation on your return just to be safe. Once we receive the original item(s) and they are in resellable condition, you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs).
Gift orders are eligible for store credit in the amount that the gift giver paid for the item and the same rules above apply. This store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future orders online.
