If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns!
- Please notify us of any order problems within 14 days of purchase by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you would like to return something within 14 days of your original purchase we can offer a credit card refund, help with an exchange or provide store credit if the item is in its brand new, unwashed, unworn, original condition with the tags still on.
- Store Credit is non-transferable.
We are unable to accept returns of the following:
- Products that were sold through one of our retailers
- Items that have been personalized
- Samples or Final Sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, have had tags removed, or otherwise cannot be resold.
To initiate an exchange or return, please follow the steps below

We are not responsible for orders sent to us without prior written authorization
Once you have received approval to return the item, please ship to the address provided in your return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs on your return.
We recommend you use tracking or delivery confirmation on your return just to be safe. Once we receive the original item(s) and they are in resellable condition, you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to refund your credit card upon receipt.
Gift orders are eligible for store credit in the amount that the gift giver paid for the item and the same rules above apply. This store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future orders online.
